The semester is coming to an end and the transgender bathroom sign is still not posted back in the building where I take my classes. I still have less rights than my other classmates. This blatant discrimination has been met by a simple request – put the sign back.

Luckily, this has not distracted me from my studies. I maintain A’s in all of my classes, and my GPA is doing very well. I intend to finish my degree with this school, only have interactions with administration regarding the oppression of trans people on campus, only have interactions with teachers regarding my material, and take my studies elsewhere. This is all during my move to another city. May my transphobic school not sully my reputation.
